Working Rite.

"Working Together to get the Borders Working Right".

Borders Working Rite follows a tried and tested method which helps youngsters grow into employable, mature young adults. There are currently 6 such projects across the country with more in the pipeline. It works by placing the trainee with an experienced worker who by mentoring the trainee can give them not only excellent work experience but invaluable life skills that can only be gained in an adult environment. This is not “just another course”, this is a real deal, a working partnership between the youngster and the contractor. It’s all about learning on the job – not on a course in a classroom somewhere, surrounded by their peers – but on site, with adults like you who can pass on invaluable life lessons to the trainees.

Here’s the deal for YOU, the Employer;

What does the trainee get from you?

Borders Working Rite really is a "win - win" situation for everyone involved
