About Us
Berwickshire Housing Association is a "not-for-profit" Industrial and Provident Society registered with the Scottish Housing Regulator. We are a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) with a current stock of approximately 1740 houses located throughout Berwickshire and Berwick-upon-Tweed.
With our registered office in Duns, we deliver our housing services from here along with our two other local offices in Eyemouth and Coldstream giving our customers easy access to our full range of services.
Founded in people and property, we seek to become the first choice in the provision and management of affordable housing and related services. We are committed to producing a beneficial impact on people's lives in everything we do.
Berwickshire Housing Association is committed to Quality and has achieved a number of Quality Management accreditations including Investors in People, Quality Guild, Scottish Housing Regulator Inspection self assessment.
